portia does not function correctly when website name contains '-' character

• on http://localhost:9001/static/main.html#/projects enter site url which contains '-' (e.g. http://dat-data.com/)
• observe that it doesn't try to retrieve website page

To circumvent this issue I used url shortener

I committed a patch to allow URLs with the '-' character (also '~' is now supported). Please note that the URL you gave as an example fails anyway due to reaching the maximum number of allowed redirects (at least for the default middleware configuration).
