So, I decided to merge this for the 0.9.1 release (which will include updates in naming) so that we can configure RTD already, and then for 1.0 release we just need to update the content. |

Hey fellows,
I started working on the docs cleanup (will fix #5), currently just setting up the sphinx build and the docs structure.
It still needs cleaning up the content, deciding what stays here and what should be in Scrapy's docs -- I'll work next on this and in the related Scrapy changes.
