Still occurs to this day. It doesn't happen on any other browser (such as Firefox AND Midori).
It seems to be a problem with Pepperflash.

Boy yes ;) - If only that one could be fixed!!! Disabling
pepflashplayer.dll and using adobe flash player fixes it beautifully in
chrome.

Perhaps the Pepper Plugin API (PPAPI) which, among other things, is better
sandboxed also causes some kind of extra overhead above the NPAPI interface
that the adobe plugin uses which is resulting in the keyboard lag issue!
Who knows! Which is didn't do that!

The thing is, Chrome is disabling support for the normal non-pepper flash player soon, meaning that everyone will be forced to use Pepperflash. :(
