[Feature] Add preferences to lock column

It would be awesome to lock "in progress" for example 3 todos.
As it should help you to focus and not do more than to much. ;-)

I thought about that when designing the app and decided to solve this in a simple way.

There is a visual indicator that marks the counter red whenever you have 3 to 4 todos in "In Progress".
As soon as there are 5 or more the red counter will get bigger.

Right now I don't want to lock "In Progress" because projects are handled by Tags.
You can have 5 Projects and each has one item in progress. On the overall board (-- Show All Tags--) it would indicate that there are too many active tasks but when you filter for a project it might be okay.
I sometimes put a project on hold and work on something else so this workflow always worked for me.
