It seems that the new API plan "free" doesn't cover fetching tweets: https://developer.twitter.com/en/docs/twitter-api/getting-started/about-twitter-api#v2-access-leve

Now there's no extracting link from a tweet because of new API access levels. But sharing tweet links will still result in a retweet on twitter, automatically. Twitter channel will use RTQuote while others will use the title provided. Docs on the readme probably needs to change. More fun work.
