I think it should be 1.0.9

AC_CHECK_INCLUDES_DEFAULT

This macro requires autoconf at least version 2.70. Many systems use version 2.69 e.g Fedora 35, CentOS 8 and 9, Ubuntu 20.04.
It compiles without this macro just fine, so it should be removed.

Also the ChangeLog file should be updated.

Thanks I was searching for the bug, when I tried to package it now.
I will add a few more things and skip 1.0.9 then and release a higher version.
