Run epi-nnunet predictions on the images in the repos

I am adding the prediction files in the pred_files as an attachment in this issue since I do not have write access to this repos.

1. Files were averaged using sct_maths -I <img> -mean t -o <img>_mean.nii.gz
2. nnUNet inference on these averaged images
3. QC generated using sct_qc. NOTE: The qcs have sct_deepseg_sc written as the algorithm used, please ignore that. Inference was done using epi-nnUnet model.

Arnaud had shared data from 2 more subjects to run the inference on. I am sharing the folder in this comment. Each nnUNet_preds folder contains the nnUNet predictions of the corresponding images. The file names are the same except that the prediction files has ood_epi prefix in their names.
