After changing Profile language, there is no way to go back to server default language #1013

Description

If you change your Profile Language (Which looks like it defaults to All Languages), you can not go back to the Server Default Setting.

Steps to Reproduce

Please tell us how we can reproduce the undesired behavior.

Change Server Language and Region to EN/US
Notice how all results are in English.
Change user Profile Settings to All Languages (Which looks like it is already selected)
Notice you will now get all results.
Attempt to revert to previous setting..

Expected Behavior

Should not be able to make a non-reversible and invisible change to your profile
