No notifications for auto-approved TV Show

Description

When a user has auto-aprove profile for TV Shows, the notification of Approval won't be sent. If you set it to manual approval, the notification will be sent as expected.

Steps to Reproduce

Give a user auto approval for tv shows and request a tv show. You will not get "Request Approved" notification.

Expected Behavior

Since the option "Enable Notifications for Automatic Approvals" is enable, it's expected that notifications will be sent.

Additional Context

• Notifications for Auto approval of movies are working.
• I'm using Telegram agent
