Include user name in Issue alert email

Description

When Overseerr sends 'Issues' emails, it just includes the name of the series/movie of issue and the issue description, but doesn't give me the name of the user who reported it. This means I can't just contact the user directly and instead need to log into Overseerr to find the issue and see who reported it. Would be great to have the username/email of the user in the original notification email so I don't have to go through that extra step.

Desired Behavior

Add user name to the alert email for a reported issue
