Describe the solution you'd like
Within Ombi, there is an option to mark requests as available (seen in the screenshot below), regardless if it has been downloaded or not.

I have noticed that my users are not receiving email notifications for some specific requests being filled via Overseerr. They are mostly TV shows requests. I've found that they don't always line up with episode numbers on TVDB or other scrapers I'm using (HAMA TV, AniDB etc).

I would love an option to manually mark requests as available so my users receive their email notifications that the request is available, exactly like Ombi. Thanks.
