DIRECTOR: add games from the 1995 Bandai Visual CD-ROM Previews Vol. 3

This adds support for a few Director items: the 1995 Bandai Visual CD-ROM Previews Kawara-ban Vol. 3 disc, and several standalone demos contained on the same disc. Here's a compatibility report for them:

1995 Bandai Visual CD-ROM Previews Kawara-ban Vol. 3 - Mostly works.

• Text doesn't use a Japanese font, so it renders as gibberish.
• Text scrollbars don't show up.
• Crashes when attempting to exit from a game entry to the main menu, with the text:

WARNING: Archive::openFile(): Error opening file smpmov:かわら盤メニュー!
WARNING: openMainArchive(): Could not open 'smpmov:かわら盤メニュー'!

Journeyman Project 2 demo - Works.

Manhole demo - Works.

Mission School Seifuku Zukan demo - Mostly works.

• Renders graphics with the wrong palette.

Wallobee Jack 1 and 2 demos: Don't work.

• After the opening logo, fails with the message WARNING: Movie MENU1 does not exist!.

Could you squash the commits though? There's no reason to have one commit per entry (unless you're only adding one entry).
