Usage:
Change the parameters in the main.py and run it!
Parameters:
c : the objective reaction = -1, while others = 0
S : the matrix of the pathway
kc : the array of the k_cat
E : the array of the initial enzyme constant
Enzyme : the array of the enzyme names
Km : the Km of the first enzyme in the pathway
