default: ReplicaLocation[Preference|Criteria] -> Node...

As rack awareness now prefers not only local-rack replicas over other
replicas, but also local-rack nodes over other nodes, the name of
`ReplicaLocationPreference` is changed to `NodeLocationPreference` and
similarly for `ReplicaLocationCriteria`.
