Add support for configuring TLS and using HTTPS with mutual authentication.
The host database parts of
amtctrlhave been moved toamthostdbso that I can use subparsers. It is impossible to support two different command orders when argparse is validating the commands.All of the messages generate real XML instead of using string replacements so that the correct escaping is performed if necessary.
This change is
