This commit introduces database schema update and server changes to allow us on having a possibility of additional notes for each result – also known as build annotations. The notes are preserved and not affected by puller – they are meant only to be changed via HTML form.
This commit adds a small indicator icon in the results table so we can easily identify the builds that have any notes added.
