A tool for handling problems with very long wav files when used in setParam.

Required Environment

• Windows 8.1+
• .NET Framework 4.0

Usages

1. Create the template of oto with the single long wav file.
2. Divide the wav file using any softwares. Dividing at the middle of some long phonemes, especially "pau"/"sil", is recommended.
3. Run this tool and the do process "Division".
4. Do your labeling work with the output oto file and divided wav files.
5. Run this tool and the do process "Restoring".
