TODO:
- Neaten UI to be more like the standalone newick_parser.html
- Extend using Shiny to include an 'Exit to R' button (stopApp), which returns a Newick string with tags
- Extend to allow passing a dataframe with the first column as tip (or tip plus node) labels that can be used to annotate the tree
- Configure axis to allow e.g. absolute time rather than relative time when using time trees; allow forward and reverse axes
- Include a download SVG button (a bit like SVG Crowbar 2 from NYT)
- Include option for inset, perhaps using Magnifier.js
