As an enhancement of issue #27 :
Pass a mapping JSON or an XSLT name for fieldname mappings
Example mapping JSON

{
  "abap_fieldname_1" : "JSONFieldNameOne",
  "abap_fieldname_2" : "JSONFieldNameTwo"
}
