查询API不传查询条件时能返回数据吗？就是全匹配返回第一页数据的意思 #25

比如，就想看最新的一些数据，通常也就是第一页内容看看也就大致满足，即使翻页也不过是翻几页

这个会比较耗内存，等待后续实现

或者再退一步，按id倒序的第一页，通常id是递增，最大就是最新了
