Docker images in GitHub packages shows 'The service is deprecated' #98
Comments
Mike Dalton (GitHub Support) Hello Mukul, Thanks for writing in. The Docker icon is greyed out and the mouse-over says the service is deprecated because the GitHub Packages Docker registry will be superseded by GitHub Container Registry in the future. All existing Docker images and any workflows using those images will need to be migrated to GitHub Container Registry for Docker images. No timeline has been set for the GitHub Packages Docker registry to be fully replaced, but we recommend to migrate as soon as feasible. Please let me know if you have any further questions I can assist with. Regards, |
@mukul-seagate11 I guess GitHub Docker registry is not enabled for Seagate Organization. I do not see registry configuration as https://github.com/orgs/github/packages/container/package/super-linter |
