Seam examples migrated off seam 2.x framework

Seam 2.x examples migrated from Seam to Java EE 6 presents how to easily migrate from using Seam framework.

Existing examples:

• Registration - simple application showing how to use EJB with JSF 2 form submitting where are involved Bean validation, JPA and Arquillian for testing.
• Booking - complex application showing how to register, book hotel reservation.
