Allow Upload of CSV

A lot of individuals (including myself) have a spreadsheet of some sort which keeps track of their loan details. Since spreadsheets have the ability to export table details to CSV, it would be great (and some pretty low hanging fruit) to allow a user to upload a CSV file which matches an expected template to be parsed to fill the fields rather than the user having to manually enter each loan and its details by hand.
