Can't edit configuration page #21

I have imported the solution and published customizations, but I cant edit any lines in configuration. Do I need a specific security role? I have system admin role.

Click “add” to add the setting (it is added with the default value). Then you can click edit to edit the value.

I am still having trouble with this. I made the change in the picture below so that Set Regarding defaults to Contact and published changes, but still doesn't work. Am I missing something in the process? Is there anywhere I can set all lookups to default to Contact rather than Company?

Can you try contact all lower case and no leading or trailing spaces - are you using set regarding in the legacy outlook client or app for outlook?

Is there any way that I can make teh initial list that comes up to be Contacts rather than Accounts?
