Node 12 is deprecated by GitHub Actions.
This is required to avoid warnings about using deprecated functionality when using the action.

This is needed to avoid annoying warnings about using deprecated features for each run of workflows using this action (since October 2022).
I've done the manual changes and then committed the results of running
npm run build.
