Git-image

Information related to my GitHub image archive, usage of Git for imagery, the stock photo system I have, and the usage for Artificial Intelligence to process images.

About

See above. This repository contains information on my GitHub image archive, usage of Git for imagery, the stock photo system I have, and the usage for Artificial Intelligence to process images. No new description is needed

Artificial Intelligence usage

I expanded the scope of the usage of my image data in May of 2021, but didn't fully announce it until now.

I expanded the usage to include Artificial Intelligence to keep it in the GitHub theme, and because I have a pretty good Artificial Intelligence data set.

The images are also stock images, and progress images.

Stock image usage

Originally, the images were to be used only as stock images and personal progress images. I have later expanded the scope.

Why Git

Why did I choose GitHub to upload the dataset to? I slowly became more and more comfortable with GitHub and didn't know of a good alternative site to upload projects to. I felt it was best to put it all in one place.

Software status

All of my works are free some restrictions. DRM (Digital Restrictions Management) is not present in any of my works.

DRM-free_label.en.svg

This sticker is supported by the Free Software Foundation. I never intend to include DRM in my works.

I am ussing the abbreviation "Digital Restrictions Management" instead of the more known "Digital Rights Management" as the common way of addressing it is false, there are no rights with DRM. The spelling "Digital Restrictions Management" is more accurate, and is supported by Richard M. Stallman (RMS) and the Free Software Foundation (FSF)

This section is used to raise awareness for the problems with DRM, and also to protest it. DRM is defective by design and is a major threat to all computer users and software freedom.
