What does this PR do?
This PR adds the metasearch-engine metager.
MetaGer also blocks the IP if too many requests are made. After a couple of days the IP is unblocked.
Besides that it currently works flawlessly.
Why is this change important?
It adds a new search engine. You can never have enough ;)
Especially if many of them are blocking your instance over time.
