What does this PR do?
This patch adds anchor elements to the category tabs in the search results page allowing browsers that use keyboard navigation (eg chrome with vimium plugin or qutebrowser) to find the links and add keyboard hints.
Why is this change important?
This patch improves usability of searx for people using browsers that use keyboard navigation using hints.
How to test this PR locally?
This patch can be tested by using chrome with the vimium plugin to check the category tabs get keyboard hints.
