The instance profile connection is not implemented correctly in Dynamic DynamoDB, it's now a manual approach that only "worked" on boto<=2.28.0. We will now let boto handle this, as it will assume the role after checking for other credentials (see http://stackoverflow.com/a/11130701/1339032).
