Agent operator which exists inside k8s cluster and expose internal services to the world.

Create k8s operator
736d1c0 
- added TunnelAgent resource object - which is configuration for agent
  deployment
- added ServiceController - is listening on Services events, perform
  logic that create and assign tunnel agent deployment to given service (service should
  contain "tunnel-agent" label with name of TunnelAgent object name)
