A user can link to content elements in the RTE or e.g. the header link field. The extension allows to replace the common uid fragment (´#123`) with the configured human-readable fragment.

When using the extension in a website with multiple languages, these links will currently always use the fragment of the default language. A translation overlay must be implemented.

I found a solution that I'll thoroughly test in the next step. Then, new releases for versions 3.x and 2.x will follow.
