Problem
The current styles are too heavy for how often the labels get repeated.
Solution
This PR introduces new
$mobile-lable-variables to help control the styles of mobile labels independently of<th>elements. The default styles help to make the labels less bold and not as prominent for how often they're shown in a table.Issue ref: #190
