Heya the1riddle1the1red,

The hot pink textures are caused by using a really old graphics driver - see VWR-29357 for details.
Your system information shows Windows Graphics Driver Version: 8.14.0001.6099. Im not sure which Catalyst version this is - 10.x I think. It is a very outdated driver version for your card anyway.

As a temporary workaround, go to Me -> Preferences -> Graphics -> Advanced and untick "Basic shaders" - this will get rid of the pink textures.
The only real fix is to update your graphics driver.

The latest driver available for the ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4250 is the 13.9 Catalyst driver (this card is now on legacy support), which you can download here: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop/legacy?product=legacy2&os=Windows%207%20-%2064
You can also use the AMD driver autodetect tool from http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/auto-detect-tool to update your drivers.
However, because this is a laptop, if it has locked OEM drivers, you may only be able to update your graphics driver directly from your laptop manufacturers website.
The AMD driver autodetect tool should tell you if you need to update your driver directly from your laptop manufacturers website.

If you are able to get your driver updated to something more recent, the hot pink textures problem should be fixed. Remember to tick Basic Shaders again in graphics preferences if you unticked it, once you have updated your graphics driver.

The problem with not being able to see your leg is filed at BUG-5139 and BUG-5156.
This is an AMD problem again.
To fix all cases of this bug, you will need to be using at least the 14.4 Catalyst driver version, which is unfortunately not available for your card.
What you can do to work around this problem is:

• Either switch over to using one of the Classic (non mesh) starter avatars.
  Go to Me -> Choose an Avatar -> Classic
• Or disable hardware skinning in graphics preferences.
  Go to Me -> Preferences -> Graphics -> Advanced -> Untick "Hardware skinning".
