UI-enhancement/ smoother loadings in main pages

Story

As a screen with loading data
I want to have smoother transitions
so that I look less clunky.

Acceptance Criteria

• Non loading elements in the page are not moving depending on the loading ones
• No jumps in the UI

/!\ Important note: I know some of the recording have been made on a previous version of the extension but these issues still exists on the actual one

1 - Home Dashboard & NFT Dashboard (also applies for the app)
Now:

2 - The coins dashboard are jumpy when the history data is loaded

3 - The transaction screen is jumpy when displaying certain data (ex: send STX)

4 - Very jumpy transitions from one tab to another (particularly home to stacking)

Goal: no jumpy interfaces elements (blue start stacking button that appears then disappears and shouldn't even exist here)
