Arachni scans getting stuck in versions < v1.0.2 #11

Currently arachni scans are not starting correctly, the get passed to arachni but arachni doesn't properly start the scan. The scan will remain at 0 requests made until they time out after 5min.

This seems to be related to: Arachni/arachni#1047
