A class implementing CommandLineHandler cannot extend a base class

When a class implementing the CommandLineHandler interface extends a base class, even empty, the following error occurs :

[CLI] Conflicting command annotations

It is possible to reproduce this error with the 'cli' sample by adding extends to the HelloCommandLineHandler class (AbstractLineHandler is an empty abstract class) :
