Old devices get some love :)
- CPU power limits for older models with AMD CPU (like G14 2020)
- Added button to Stop all applications using GPU (for models that don't support Eco mode)
- App will show a warning if you try to set Eco mode while Nvidia GPU is driving display on 2023 (that could prevent brightness controls from working till next reboot) #660
- Minor UI tweaks and fixes #665
