I am using rhytmbox 0.11.6 that is part of CentOS distro. The radio browser plugin uses the python "hashlib" library that is part of python-2.5 and above. Unfortunately CentOS 5 uses python-2.4. Happily, python-hashlib is a separate rpm package (http://pypi.python.org/pypi/hashlib/) that can be installed from the EPEL( http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/epel/) repository. I installed this package and the radio-browser 2.2 plugin works on my CentOS 5 system. Remember to restart rhymbox after installing the plugin.
