Since the MCS kernel has entered the C verification stage, we can now automatically check seL4 revisions for proof success (even if many proofs are still open).

This means, we should start recording l4v/seL4 combinations in something like a default-mcs.xml manifest in seL4/verification-manifest. (Suggestions for better names welcome).
