Remove_Button plugin: IE9 hides 'x' when removing an item #392

In IE9 when you go to the demo page and remove a selected item, the 'x' of some of the items is not visible anymore.

See attached screenshot.

Maybe a z-index problem with the link that is the 'x'?

EDIT:
Setting the z-index on the link with class 'remove' seems to fix the problem.
Should maybe be part of the default.css?
