Self.conference 2016 - for real this time!

This is the final patch release for Self.conference 2016.

It introduces a bug fix for comparing days that regressed in v2.0.6. See 1c39445 for details.

Self.conference 2016 - again!

This is a patch release for the 2016 Self.conference 2.0.x app. Some fixes:

• Handles null Session#description() strings properly, as made known from an API change to include Self.conference meals and parties as sessions.
• Use more descriptive start time string in session details screen.
• Hide speaker details section when a session lacks speakers.
• Fix an edge case date comparison bug.
• Fix RxJava crash in v2.0.0.
