Releases with conventionalcommits preset stopped working

Until a recent change within conventional-changelog-conventionalcommits my release configuration stopped working and I need some help to adopt it to the new version as I really don't get how I need to change it.

I'm using the following GitHub action which can be triggered manually or by cron with the folling quite complex release configuration. Can somebody tell me how to fix it? Installing conventional-changelog-conventionalcommits@6.1.0 instead of the latest 7.x.x release works, using the new releases it results in a log output like the following:
