Fixed some spelling and grammar mistakes for README.md, CONTRIBUTING.md, installation.md, and plugins.md
For plugins.md I modified the descriptions so that they didn't begin with "Plugin" e.g.
changed to
It seemed redundant to have "plugin" in the title and then begin the description with "plugin".
