Check the needed changes for Vaadin 7

I'm supposing that soon vaadin will go to version 7 and soon after it will drop support for 6. @semanticsoft how much is the effort to go to vaadin 7 with the widgetset thing and other stuff?

Unforunately I don't know nothing about Vaadin 7. When I started work in august on renderer, I doubt what version of vaadin I must select. Becouse I don't like unecassary dificultes, I decided use stable version, but now I think that was better if I select new version...

Nonetheless I think that changes between 6 and 7 is not too radikal and we will adopt it in acceptable time.

Ok take a look when you have the time and update this issue. I think we should spend some effort in this direction because we don't want to be left behind. Also maybe there are some cool things that will make our life easier with the renderer...

I think that vaadin 7 will be useable only to summer of next year. Because the most of addons in directory is not support vaadin 7.

@semanticsoft what do you think about an little wiki page with all in vaaclipse used vaadin addons and an state (migration done etc.)
