Add configuration for date format

Amazing plugin!

Only downside I can find is that the custom date inputs are formatted using the American style date mm/dd/yyyy, so it would be nice to choose a custom format such as dd/mm/yyyy.

I would love this one, for the moment I need to hide date inputs.
