Hi, is it possible to disable some dates or date ranges and make mobile responsive

disabling some dates would be great. by date and day of the week :
eg: jan 1st and 2nd, christmas, and every saturday and sunday
disable: ['1-1-2020', '1-2-2020', '12-25-2020','1','6']
