Fix lock on "checking updates" while installing and port change for sentora

The fail of grab version number was in fact an extremly very long timeout ( > 40 minutes) because for some setups (cirteria not found) the server referenced for modules updates (still zpanecp) was responding after a 2 minutes wait.

The Sentora port changing was not working because of many bugs

• miss or vhosts file rewrite after change
• miss of Listen directive in vhosts file

…s. Using xdebug statement stopped when hitting Capture from versions.class.php which injects an anon function call.
