Add url parsing to the EDA Tools console

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When a http link is present in the console the user should be able to click on it to open the link up. This is to facilitate deep linking from results in the EDA tools to the local path for things like entities.

the EDA tools should show a link(ie entity id link) that when clicked on opens up in the web app(ie in the /entities/${entityId}
