This is a dummy implementation of GAMESTATS TCP for Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection revival services such as Wiimmfi and AltWfc.
Use: python GamestatsTCP.py [IP address] [Port]
- Python (tested with 2.7, should work with 3.6)
