• OpenSession: search for beginning of the hostname
  • prepend '%' to query for search using partial match as before
• Update DockPanel Suite to v2.9.0
• Sessions panel: set focus to search field
  • some fixes for new DockPanel suite
  • when Sessions panel set to auto hide and you activate it - focus will
    be set to search field
• Fix for save/restore menu bar state
• Disable debug logging to %temp%
• Change icon for disconnected tab
  • Icon will be changed for putty/kitty disconnected tab to 'dead.png' (included)
  • Also context menu will have less items for such tab
• Save Connect/Command toolbars positions
• Restart inactive session by Enter key
• Fix nullpointer exception on first run
